Séverin Millet is a French visual artist who currently lives and works in Lyon, where he landed after obtaining his degree from the Strasbourg Higher School of Decorative Arts. Passionate about drawing from a young age, he has developed a very personable graphic language, experimenting with a number of techniques, mediums and materials: wood, paper… and now, in his limited Papier Découpé series for Arrels Barcelona: fashion. In addition to creating the illustrations for more than half a dozen books, he has also authored his own children’s books, including “A Full Moon Light In My Garden” (2014) and the celebrated “Mobile Circus” (2015). His successful career includes solo exhibitions in his home country and abroad (Spain, Belgium, and Taiwan), and collaborations with Le Monde, The New Yorker, and Lacoste.
